Golf Injury Treatment & Performance Chiropractic in O’Fallon
Golf places unique demands on the body, especially on the spine, hips, and shoulders. At Shelley Health Center, we provide chiropractic care designed to help golfers reduce pain, improve mobility, and perform at their best.
One of our providers is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI Level 1), a program focused on how the body’s movement affects the golf swing. This allows us to better identify physical limitations that may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or inconsistent performance. This Level One assessment includes personalized exercise plans to address these physical limitations.
We commonly help golfers dealing with lower back pain, hip tightness, shoulder restrictions, and limited rotation. Through a combination of chiropractic care and targeted treatment, our goal is to help you stay pain-free and get the most out of your swing.
Whether you are playing competitively or just enjoying a round on the weekends, our team works with golfers throughout O’Fallon, Lake St. Louis, and St. Charles County to keep them moving and performing at a high level.

Does insurance cover chiropractic care?
Many insurance plans do cover chiropractic treatment, especially when it is related to pain relief or injury care. Coverage can vary depending on your provider and plan. How many chiropractic visits will I need?
The number of visits depends on your condition, how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, and your overall health goals. Some patients experience relief in just a few visits, while others with chronic or more complex issues may benefit from a longer treatment plan. Our providers create personalized care plans based on your specific needs and progress.

Dry needling is generally well tolerated by most patients.
